1 – large piece of fresh ginger (the size of your hand or slightly bigger)
9 – cups water
1 1/2 – cups fresh lime juice (around 20 limes)
12 – ounces honey
The process is so easy.
Peel, wash and cut ginger into tiny bits or simply grate or blend for a smooth finish.
Pour the above the nicely chopped or blended ginger into a pot of water and bring to boil for 3 minutes.
Wash your fresh lime and cut in half or extract juice before hand to make it easier and faster
Squeeze the lime juice or poor already extracted juice into the pot containing the ginger and water
Turn of the stove or gas and bring to cool immediately you’re done.
You can serve hot, warm or with ice cubes and then add a tea spoon of honey if like.
